Night of 1000 Pumpkins
Be part of transforming Sutter Street into a "Pumpkin Paradise" Completed Pumpkin drop-off will take place from 4-6:00 p.m. Candles will be provided by organizers. Judging will take place at 6:30 p.m., after all entries have been placed and prizes will be awarded (categories listed below.) At 7:30 p.m. the "Pumpkin Lighters Parade" will take place and these participants will light the pumpkins. You can register at http://www.sutterfallfest.com . Pumpkin age groups: 12 and under, Teen, Adult, Business. Pumpkin Categories (For each age group) Scariest, Funniest, Originality, complexity. *Pumpkin Lighters- If you would like to serve as a volunteer pumpkin lighter (18 and over), send and email and enter "Pumpkin Lighter" a the Subject. You will be expected to work from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and dress in some sort of "interesting: attire. Only 36 will be chosen. Be sure to tell us why we should pick you.
