A new kenpo karate class is opening at the Mather Sports Facility in Rancho Cordova. The location is at: 3755 Schriever Avenue, Mather Sports Facility (916) 362-1704.
The course will focus on self-defense, fitness, self-respect,confidence and more. It is taught by two black belt women with over 45 years of experience between them. The class is fun, interesting and very do-able for people of all levels of fitness.
