Letting you know who we are giving to!
April, May,and June 2014 we donated $340 for art scholarships. Arts Camp is a day camp that is designed to help children develop a deeper love for God through the arts. During the week, all the children will be exposed to a variety of arts as well as participate daily in one elective class of either Dance, Music, Drama, Visual Arts, Creative Craftsmanship, or Culinary Arts. The camp is open to all children entering grades 1-6 in the 2014 school year. Our 2014 camp is from July 14-18th, concluding with our Showcase at 7pm on Friday evening. Camp hours will be 8:30 am-12:30 pm (lunch is NOT included). The cost of the camp is $85 per child; limited scholarships available. 2014 3rd Annual Electricity Fair September 6, 2014
This free family friendly and fun event highlights one of the world's oldest hydroelectric facilities. The Electricity Fair is an interactive family celebration that hosts a variety of exhibits and demonstrations. Interactive activities include: scavenger hunt, solar power oven, solar medallion activity, simple motor cars, face painting and more. Attendees can also tour the visitor's center and the historic powerhouse. Refreshments will be available for purchase at the PowerDog trailer.
