Women Unified in the Spirit of Motherhood Sierra Moms is a member-led organization for mothers, serving the greater Folsom and El Dorado Hills communities in Northern California. Through nurturing environments, we help women connect with one another to find support in their role as a mother. We also support local charities through grants and volunteer service projects. Who we are...El Dorado Mother of Multiples (EDMOMS) is an educational and social organization dedicated to mothers of multiples living in El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer Counties. New Library Use Exceeds Expectations
Visitation was up over 50 percent from the month of March 2006. During opening month, library patrons checked out more than 45,000 books, DVDs and audiovisual items. Staff issued 2,355 new library cards during the first month, an average of more than 65 each day the library was open. In comparison, staff issued 2,802 cards during the entire previous year.
